First, the use of gas spring guide
1. According to the requirements of use, select the appropriate gas spring.
2. When installing the gas spring, keep the end of the piston rod facing down. The gas spring should be stressed longitudinally, and lateral force is not allowed to prevent the gas spring from deforming and losing its function. The general operating temperature range of the gas spring is -25℃-60℃.
3. The surface of the piston rod should not be bumped, scratched, stained with paint, dirt, etc., so as not to damage the seal.
4. To avoid contact with corrosive objects, the gas spring should be stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid heavy pressure.
5. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble it, and it is strictly forbidden to be close to the fire.

2. Calculation of spring support force
Spring support force calculation:
F1=G·L/b·n×11[N]
G=weight of the supported object G=weight of object sustained;
L=the center distance of the supported object L=barycenter distance of object sustained;
b=parallel distance between gas spring and hinge b=parallel distance between gas spring and hinges;
n=Number of gas springs used n=times of gas spring use;
F1=sustenance of gas spring (N); F1=sustenance of gas spring (N);
P=mounting distance of the supported object (2/3L) P=mounting distance of object sustained.
