Record the opening force and starting force in the first cycle of starting up, and record the extension force and compression force Fl, Fz, F3 in the second cycle. ,F4, and calculate the gas spring nominal force, dynamic friction force and spring force ratio.
Rigid locking gas springs should be locked in the extended state to check their locking force. The measuring speed of the gas spring life testing machine is 2mm/min, and the axial compression force value required to make the piston rod produce 1mm displacement is the locking force value.
Before testing the elastically locked gas spring, do 3 cycles under simulated working conditions, and then lock it at the midpoint of the stroke. is the locking force value.
Gas spring life test:
The gas springs with high and low temperature storage performance are tested according to the test method, and then clamped on the gas spring life testing machine. The testing machine operates the gas spring cycle under simulated working conditions, and the cycle frequency is 10-16 times/min , The temperature of the cylinder barrel of the gas spring should not be greater than 50 ℃ throughout the test process.
After 10,000 cycles of each cycle, measure the force performance according to the test method. After 30,000 cycles, the measured results should meet the following requirements.
A. Sealing performance - when the control valve of the gas spring is closed, the piston should have a good sealing performance to ensure that the piston rod can be locked in any position.
B. Cycle life - The gas bomb that has undergone high and low temperature storage performance tests should be able to withstand 3,000 cycle life tests, and the attenuation of the nominal force after the test should be less than 10%.
